Digicare is Samsung's exclusive service provider for all fax, printer
and loptops sold and used in the UK.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
This means that Samsung, one of the world's leading manufacturers of faxes and printers, trusts us to provide the world class servicing and repair facilities it requires to support its customers.
We carry out all the work needed when a customer has a problem covered by Samsung's warranty. This may include sending out an engineer to visit a customer's office or home to repair their machine there and then or, alternatively, immediately providing a replacement machine.
WHAT ELSE?
Customers also benefit from our expertise after their guarantee expires as we provide competitively priced maintenance contracts.
This means that customers can continue to have repairs carried out at home or in the office or receive a guaranteed replacement machine for long after the manufacturer's warranty has ended.
IS THERE MORE?
Because of our close association with Samsung, we can provide genuine Samsung toner, network cards, and indeed any other Samsung consumables that you might mention.
