FastGuard Laptop Warranty Purchase

As a Samsung authorised repair centre, we are able to offer the Samsung Fastguard warranty for your laptop or notebook PC.

The Fastguard warranty gives you peace of mind after the initial one year Samsung warranty has expired. All the following benefits are available:-

Access to Samsung’s technical and repair specialists
Unlimited repairs to your laptop with labour and parts free of charge
Free collection and return of your laptop
A target turnaround time of 72 hours
One or two years’ protection

To benefit from Fastguard you must purchase it whilst your laptop is still covered by Samsung’s warranty. Fastguard protection then runs from the first anniversary of the date of purchase for one or two years.
