Yes. We have a Carry-In service for Samsung repairs just bring your Samsung product into our store in Telford and we will take care of everything for you. We also run a PC Clinic which you can bring your other items in to such as TVs and DVD players: our expert A Graded Samsung Engineers will have an expert opinion for you in a matter of hours.

You can Track the progress of your Repair at every step. Feel free to Contact us also if you have any queries at any point of your repair, our dedicated staff will be happy to help.

You can also track collection and delivery information via DPD courier website on their Tracking page. The DPD tracking numbers will be listed in the tracking information we provide.

In most cases we will require Proof of Purchase for all in-warranty repairs, this is a requirement of Samsung.

We aim to complete all repairs in 5-Days from receipt of the Product at our repair center. This can be delayed however for several reasons including delays in Contacting the Customer and delays in Parts being available from Samsung.

Please ensure we have all of your contact details in case we require any information.
